Like it says on the sidebar, Nickel City Brewing is a small nanobrewing operation in the planning stages. We’re dedicated to making great beer in Buffalo, NY.
We love our city, love everything about it. Buffalo is a beautiful place with a rich architectural and cultural history, complimented by a long brewing heritage. That love is the focal point of all the beers we brew and it guides us in our plan to grow from homebrewers to a nanobrewery to, eventually, a downtown brewpub.
This site is where you can follow all the progress, set-backs and mistakes we’ll be making along the way toward bringing our distinctive beers to the better pubs and right-thinking establishments around the Buffalo area.
